After breakfast, proceed on a city tour of Srinagar. Visit the Shankaracharya Temple, perched on the highest hill of Srinagar, and explore the famous Mughal Gardens—Chashmashahi, Nishat, Shalimar, Tulip Garden, and Pari Mahal. These gardens were once the Mughal Emperors’ concept of paradise and are now popular picnic spots. Visit a local handicraft shop to purchase items such as shawls, jackets, bed covers, paper mache, and carpets. In the evening, enjoy a leisurely stroll alongside Dal Lake and explore the local markets. Overnight stay at the hotel in Srinagar.

Embark on a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, the “Meadow of Gold.” Located at an altitude of 2743 meters above sea level, Sonamarg marks the end of the Kashmir district and the beginning of Ladakh territory. The fast-flowing Sindh River is popular for trout and masher fishing. Optionally, take a pony ride to one of the glaciers for some fun in the snow (additional cost). Return to Srinagar in the evening for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Drive to Gulmarg, the "Meadow of Flowers," in the morning. The journey from Srinagar to Gulmarg is captivating. Gulmarg is renowned for skiing and snowboarding and was developed as a European hill resort during the British Raj. Enjoy the European surroundings, visit the 18-hole Golf Course, and take the Gondola Cable Car Ride, which is the world’s highest and Asia’s longest (book tickets online at your own cost). Enjoy photography, horse riding, and shopping. Return to Srinagar in the evening and stay overnight in a houseboat.

Early in the morning, depart for Pahalgam, the "Valley of Shepherds," located at the confluence of the Lidder River and Sheeshnag Lake. En route, visit the Awantipura Ruins, an 1100-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu built by King Awantivarman. On arrival in Pahalgam, enjoy the natural beauty or take a walk to Baisaran, about 2 km from Pahalgam. You can also visit Aru Valley, Betaab Valley, and Chandanwari by car (additional cost). Aru, a picturesque village 11 km upstream from the Lidder River, is the starting point for treks to the Kolahoi Glacier. Return to the hotel in Pahalgam for an overnight stay.
